This site is about things I like, and like to share: Photography, poetry and other fine things in life. I travel for business and leisure. Photography is my passion, music and arts are requisite pleasures. Nature to me is an extension of home. And friends make it all worthwhile.

"mylenwyd" was inspired by a poem by Robert Frost, by a song by Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, by many other beautiful things and which all came together on a stunning Indian summer hike along Zurich Lake with Gisela, my wonderful partner of so many years. To me and us, it evokes the visual, time and distance, space and breadth - pure joy.
